Superpower: Finding solutions, as challenging as it may seem.

Julia is a social practitioner and fundraiser from Brazil with experience collaborating with grassroots communities and international organizations.

For the past 10 years, she has had the experience of working in the whole fundraising cycle, from strategy and research to outreach and donor reporting. Her passions include gender equality, climate justice, racial and economic justice, your engagement, and culture. Julia is committed to bridging North-South and South-South cooperation to foster sustainable development.

Previously, she was the Co-Director of Partnerships at Elas no Poder, an NGO dedicated to closing the gender gap in Brazilian politics, and Resource Mobilization Lead for an indigenous-led institute. She also consulted for nonprofits across the US, UK, and Latin America. As co-founder of Justice Funds and No Visa Jobs, Julia’s focus is on driving mission-driven change.

At Black Fox Global, Julia works to amplify impact by researching and engaging funders, helping organizations build the capacity they need to succeed.
