Lindsay Lynch specializes in creating and improving operational systems to ensure organizational efficiency. With over 20 years of experience in operational management, including roles in large international corporations, she transitioned to the social sector in 2021. Since then, she has developed a deep passion for supporting global missions through operations and compliance. Prior to Black Fox Global, she served as the Operations and Development Manager for an NGO in Tanzania.
Based in rural southeastern Wyoming with her husband and two children, Lindsay enjoys mountain getaways at her family’s cabin and planning new adventures. At Black Fox Global, she enjoys collaborating with dedicated professionals who are committed to making a meaningful impact.
I thrive on adventure, purpose, and making meaningful connections. My family and I love the outdoors —hiking, exploring, and spending summers at our family cabin riding motorcycles and fishing. Traveling is a priority, and Costa Rica has been one of my favorite destinations.
I spent years in the corporate world but knew I wanted more. After deep reflection and prayer, I found my calling in the impact sector in 2021 and have never felt more fulfilled.
