Meet Farah the Fox | Black Fox Global Methodology, Now at Your Fingertips

Filed in General Fundraising — April 22, 2026

In our blog we’ve pulled back the veil on our approach and methodologies through  largely ‘plug and play’ resources and Masterclasses so you can skillfully engage the funding partners your mission deserves.

From day one, Black Fox Global has operated as an open-source firm. We share our methodology, our frameworks, and our thinking freely because the best fundraising strategy should be as widely accessible as possible. Farah is the next expression of that commitment.

We are launching Farah as a Skoll Week beta edition because this community deserves it, and because the timing matters.

Skoll Week is one of the highest-stakes environments in the social sector: compressed, intense, full of possibility and pressure in equal measure. As governments retreat from civil society and the humanitarian funding crisis deepens, the quality of every conversation this week carries real weight.

Farah helps you meet that moment with strategy instead of scramble:

  • Clarify your positioning before you walk into the room
  • Navigate high-stakes funder conversations
  • Replace pitching with real partnership dialogue
  • Turn moments into structured follow-up

We are holding this as an intentional two-week beta window: Skoll Week and the week following. During this time we’re listening closely to learn how the sector uses this tool, what she gets right, and where she needs to evolve. We’re building Farah in relationship with this community, informed by those closest to the work.

If you have feedback, please tell us. You are helping build what comes next.

We know some of you have reservations about ChatGPT; we do too. We chose this platform because it allowed us to get something real and useful into your hands in time for Skoll Week. As Farah evolves into her own standalone platform, those considerations will be central to how we build.

Bring her to Oxford. Use her from afar. Share her with a colleague who needs her.
