Based in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, Lisa Heinert is skilled in youth, leadership, organizational, and community development, has a background in education and over 15 years of social impact leadership experience. Lisa’s area of expertise lies in her work with community-based, local organizations, and has been involved in all aspects of organizational development, from the start-up phase to growth and expanding impact. Lisa most recently served 12 years with the team at Orkeeswa, where she built and implemented systems around fundraising strategy and financial management, and served as a key member of the organization’s international leadership team. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Development, with an emphasis in Educational Psychology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. When she’s not helping organizations strengthen their leadership and organizational health for greater impact, Lisa can be found on her family’s farm in western Nebraska, working with her husband and three children on their own projects in southeastern Wyoming (including a market vegetable garden, beekeeping, and chickens), reading a book, or training for her next half marathon.
