Erika Evearitt is a senior advancement executive with more than 15 years of experience advising mission-driven organizations on fundraising strategy, organizational growth, and external engagement. Over the course of her career, she has raised more than $100 million in philanthropic support and led complex advancement functions spanning principal and major gifts, institutional partnerships, alumni relations, and communications. She is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening fundraising systems, and partnering closely with executive leadership and boards to drive long-term sustainability.
Erika currently serves as Assistant Dean of External Affairs and Development at UC Berkeley’s School of Information. As a consultant with Black Fox Global, she works to assess and strengthen advancement strategy, clarify institutional value propositions, and align people, systems, and goals to support growth. Her approach is collaborative, strategic, and grounded in practical execution, helping organizations move from vision to measurable results.
