Emily leads business development and strategic partnerships at Black Fox Global, helping expand the firm’s global partnerships and connect mission-driven organizations with the funding expertise they need to thrive.

Her work sits at the intersection of philanthropy, partnerships, and systems change. Emily collaborates with nonprofit leaders, philanthropic funders, and sector partners across the social impact ecosystem to expand strategic partnerships and unlock new pathways for collaboration and investment. She is particularly skilled at seeing the connective tissue between organizations, ideas, and resources—helping translate ambitious visions into trusted partnerships and the capital required to bring them to life.

Over the past 15+ years, Emily has helped organizations mobilize more than $100 million in philanthropic and blended capital, supporting initiatives across global health, youth development, biomedical research, and community health systems. Her approach is grounded in the belief that the most durable solutions emerge when capital flows to leaders closest to the challenges and when partnerships are built on trust, alignment, and shared purpose.

At Black Fox Global, Emily works closely with leaders navigating the complexities of fundraising and partnership development. By connecting organizations with Black Fox Global’s fundraising expertise and global network, she helps mission-driven teams secure the resources they need to grow their impact sustainably and strategically.

I grew up in a family that equally valued service to others and hard work—I was the only one surprised when I “fell into” fundraising in my first job out of college. Now in my second decade in the sector, I am constantly humbled by the incredible work I have helped to resource and the wonderful community that I get to be a part of.

I’ve lived in Atlanta, Georgia for the last decade with my husband and two young kids who keep my life joyful and adventurous. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible outdoors as both a competitive equestrian and a highly-amateur birder—two pursuits that cultivate patience, focus, and a deep sense of presence.

Raised in a multinational family, I joke that I was born with a suitcase in my hand. Travel has always been a way of life, and I love exploring the extraordinary diversity of cultures, landscapes, and communities around the world. For me, these experiences are a constant reminder of the creativity, resilience, and generosity that define humanity.
